Art is my Medicine

I realized I wanted to make people happy. Make people healed. Make people think and feel and then think some more. The best way for me to achieve this goal is art.

I graduated as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in May 2016, and I welcome all work opportunities. For example, creating commissioned art to suit custom tastes or preferences is quite fine with me - I don't much like riding artistic high horses!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I sincerely hope that the package arrives to you safe & sound and that you will be happy with your purchase. If, however, the package is damaged or the product does not satisfy you or match the description, please let me know immediately and we'll work it out in a friendly manner.

If you're not happy with the product you received, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with the EU distance-selling laws. I will give you a full refund on the item's price when returned. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs; also, I will not refund the initial shipping cost.

If you wish to cancel or return an order, you can use this model form provided by Etsy:
I accept both Paypal and the choices offered by Etsy's Direct Checkout as methods of payment.

Before buying any of my large paintings, please contact me first so I can get you an accurate quote on the shipping cost!

I try to ship everything within a few days of receiving the order and payment. If there will be a delay for some reason, I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. I will also send you a confirmation when I've sent your order.

Unless specially requested, I will not be getting a tracking number for the smaller international packages or insuring them - these extra services are quite expensive here, and paying $25 in postage/insurance for a $4 item would be ridiculous. HOWEVER, if you would like a tracking option or insurance on your package then please convo me before buying, it most certainly can be done!

I mail all international orders with a customs declaration sticker on the packaging and the invoice enclosed. Any additional tax-/customs-related fees (such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees) are the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that the frame, glass and/or passepartout that the works are pictured with are never included in the price unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

My hand-pulled prints always come with ample margin for framing. However, sometimes in the case of larger prints I might need to cut the margins a bit narrower than shown before shipping, just to keep shipping costs reasonable.
