Gift wrapping and packaging

We don’t offer gift wrapping, special packaging or personalized notes with messages.

Marking an order as a gift makes no difference on how we process and package an order.

Each band is packed in a sealed individual packaging with a frosted "window" that helps identify the band inside. All bands will be shipped in our own packaging and any request to change this policy will not be honored.

Orders going to the same address might be shipped on the same package at our discretion.

Personalization of items

Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided; if a mistake is made on an order, or instructions are not read/followed, no refund or discount for a new order will be issued.

If the personalization provided is incomplete we’ll apply any defaults established on the listing, and if not enough, no design will be engraved. If a required selection is not made, the choice may be made for you.

Buying from a specific listing isn’t a request to engrave a design or to use a specific font/style, even if they are mentioned on the title or shown on the thumbnail; if a design is automatically engraved without request, it will be specified on the listing.

We reserve the right to cancel an order that doesn’t follow instructions.


Standard shipping method is USPS first-class mail; optional USPS Priority Mail service can be paid at checkout.

Orders will be sent during the timeframe specified on each listing, which is the time we have to process an order and get it to the postal office or one of its collection boxes.

Delivery times provided by Etsy or USPS are just estimates and not guaranteed dates; we have no control of delivery, therefore, we can't guarantee that your purchase will be delivered by a certain date, only that we will ship it on time.

Any shipping/delivery issues should be addressed directly with USPS; we may help providing information to support a claim with USPS or police report, we will not submit or file those, that is the buyer’s responsibility

Processing of orders / cancellations / refusal of service

All sales are final and can’t be canceled or refunded.

Orders can’t be edited for any reason, they will be processed with the information provided when placed.

Placing a new order does not guarantee that it will be processed and sent along with a previous one.

All communications will be handled through Etsy's messaging system without exceptions. Email inbox is not checked.

Questions asked in the actual order may not be answered, they should be asked before the order is placed. It just takes a message to reach us.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel any order by fully refunding it.

Our processing of eligible cancellations can take up to 7 business days.

Change of address / Packages returned to sender

Packages will not be shipped to a different address than the one in the order, unless a Change of Address fee has been paid ($5.00), even if the request to ship somewhere else is made seconds after the order is placed.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delivered late due to not placing a new order with an updated address; our only responsibility is to ship your items to the address on the order.

Packages returned to us by USPS (for any reason), will not be retrieved from our return address unless shipping + handling ($12) to retrieve it and send it back has been paid by the buyer; items will be disposed if the fee is not paid after 10 days of being delivered to our return address; we won't track the package, the buyer will.


We don’t send proofs or previews of designs, but you can contact us before ordering about how a specific letter might look on a certain monogram style. Questions asked in the order may not be answered, they should be asked before placing it.

Once an order is placed it authorizes us to engrave the outside of a band with the information typed in the personalization box, and it’s not contingent to any approval, even if a request or question is made on a Note at checkout. If a design requested is not offered in the listing bought it might be ignored and we’ll only engrave what is indeed offered; only one design per side (strap) can be engraved. If requests are not complete or valid, bands may be sent blank.

Emojis won’t be engraved.

Price Quotes / Promotions / Discounts

Any quote or special discount given to you via Etsy's messaging system will only be valid for that same day it was provided, unless I specifically said it was valid for a different date or time period.

BOGO offers and/or promotions with a discount for purchasing a certain amount of items apply only for purchases made under the same order; requests to combine previous, current, or future orders to be eligible for an offer will be denied. Discounts can't applied retroactively, and credit will not be awarded for not applying a coupon to an eligible order.

Promotions, discounts, and offers can be modified, suspended, or terminated at my sole discretion at any time and without prior notification.

Custom Orders

We only engrave designs offered in our listings, and each listing offers its own designs, so they can't be mixed-n-matched.

With exception of Names and Monogram, designs are engraved exactly as they are shown, so a request to modify, customize, or alter any design will be denied.

Designs or fonts offered on our own website are not available to be engraved on bands purchased on Etsy, each store has its own offerings/inventory and are treated separately.

Designs offered to be engraved on a specific band style will not be engraved on a different one.

Band compatibility / Inventory

The Description of the Item of each listing on our shop mentions the models for which the band available to be purchased through it is compatible with.

Right now we only offer bands compatible with the following brands and models:

Apple Watch: All series and models (They all share the same connector)
Fitbit: Only Versa, Versa 2, and Versa Lite (they all share the same connector)

We can't tell if we will offer in the future bands compatible with different brands or models than the ones mentioned above.

While we have weekly inventory restocks, we can't tell when a certain band size or color will be uploaded on our system and available to be purchased.

We can't hold inventory or collect payment for a band not in stock.
