Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Unless you have a custom order your order will ship in 1-3 business days. Custom orders will ship within 1 week after the design is finalized.
Custom and personalized orders
I absolutely accept custom orders! All my listings can be customized in terms of the background color, background design, lettering color, etc. I am open and flexible to making modifications for you. Just send me a message and I'd be happy to discuss it.
Care instructions
While all canvases are painted with a polyurethane finishing sealant to protect them, I do advise keeping them away from water sources and/or areas that are especially humid. Canvases can be cleaned or dusted with a dry or damp towel. Please avoid using harsh chemicals.
Refunds for Canvases
I offer refunds for canvases under the following circumstances:
1. If the item is received damaged. Please send very clear pictures for me to send to USPS to file a claim for that damage.
2. If the incorrect item is received and a new one cannot be made and shipped in time for when it is needed.
3. If the item is received and there is an error such as color or a typo.
All these situations are extremely rare, but in the case that they happen, please send me pictures of the canvas you received. You DO NOT have to return the item to me. They are expensive to re-package and ship and it's unnecessary because I will most likely not be able to resell that item.
Shipping Address
Customers are 100% responsible for providing the correct address for item delivery. I can only see the address you include on your order and have no way of knowing if you have put the wrong address.
After you purchase, you can check your receipt that Etsy emails to you or through your purchases to double-check the address you provided. If you have provided the incorrect address, please message me right away before the item ships to change the address. I am not able to offer refunds for items delivered to the wrong address because it is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct address has been used. If the item does get returned to me, customer can purchase new shipping to have it reshipped.
