About

I made this!

I started this shop because I had bound a lot of books and I didn't have any other way to sell them. Then I started making other things, so I put them up for sale too. After I started my blog, I put those projects up as well.

I started bookbinding in 2000. I taught myself how to do it with books. My technique is a hodgepodge of stuff from different books, but it works fairly well.

Bookbinding is my first love, but I had fun doing all the non-CFA stuff.

I had fun doing MOST of my blog stuff as well. The process for those things is entirely different, of course.

The blog I make stuff for is called Crafts for Assholes, and it's about real silly craft projects. You can find it here if you're interested: http://theahole.tumblr.com/

Everything I sell is offered in the spirit of love, silliness and trying really hard.
