Where do you ship from?
I ship from Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada!
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Because I ship from an island, my packages need to be picked up from my house and taken by boat to the Mainland to be processed and shipped further from there. Sometimes this process can take longer than usual and tracking may take a few extra days to update.
Can I combine orders?
Yes! If your order has not yet shipped and you’d like to add an item, please leave a note at checkout and/or message me and I will do my best to accommodate your request
Why is your processing time 1-2 weeks?
As of right now, Etsy is only something I’m able to part time. During the day I work full time which leaves minimal free time throughout the week to work on orders! If you need something by a certain timeframe I can try to accommodate to the best of my abilities
Why does my tracking say Pre-Transit? (Canada)
Etsy has implemented a new system where sellers are forced to provide a tracking number when completing an order or be punished; even if it is a small item being sent letter-mail. All of my free Canadian shipping is sent letter-mail untracked and will say "Pre-Transit". This just means it has been shipped! Hopefully they will fix this in the near future but for now I cannot change this
Why does my tracking say Pre-Transit? (USA and INT)
Once a label is printed your tracking will immediately update to Pre-Transit--this does not always mean it has been shipped on that date but rather ready to be picked up. Pick-ups happen 1-3 days after I print labels. In some cases, your tracking will continue to say Pre-Transit until it crosses the border and arrives at the US fulfilment center. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause--unfortunately it is still the cheaper and faster shipping method to offer you!
