Custom and personalized orders
Please message us for any custom or special personalized orders. Please note that ANY custom and/or personalized orders will not be eligible for size exchange or any kind of return (unless damaged or defective).
Sizing details
We primarily use unisex sizing with our products (unless noted otherwise).
Our tie dye sweatshirts typically run smaller due to the wash & dry process, so we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
For other non tie dye products the sizing does vary with different brands.

When Will My Order Ship?
Depending on the type of product you are ordering, the turn around/processing time will vary. Tie Dye orders are longer than non-tie dye orders. Please check the Shipping & Policies tab on the item listing to see the projected estimated shipping & delivery times.
If you are ordering for a special occasion, please plan ahead accordingly.
Once the item has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking notification from Etsy. If you do not receive an email, you can look through your Etsy Purchase History to find your order & its tracking details (if it has already shipped).
What is your EXCHANGE policy
EXCHANGE POLICY:
WE HANDLE EXCHANGES WITH SIZING ISSUES ONLY for NON CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS (if your order has any custom or personalization on it, it CANNOT be exchanged).
With our exchange process, buyers are responsible for the return label and the new label to ship out.
How that process works is we will create a listing for you to purchase through with the estimated shipping for both ways (both ways will be priority shipping). Once that is paid we will send you the shipping label for return. Once we receive your previous sweatshirt, we will place your new item back in the embroidery line for embroidering (time of turn around will depend on how busy we are).
What if item is damaged/wrong?
We thoroughly inspect our products before shipment. If you notice any defect or anything wrong once opening your package, please message us with a photo so we can inspect & work with you on steps to proceed & discuss the appropriate actions necessary.
**TIE DYE FADING is not considered damaged, it is stated on the tie dye care card that it will naturally fade over time. Fading will depend on your washer settings.***
My package is stuck in transit/has not moved. What can be done?
We always recommend purchasing Priority Shipping for insurance purposes for the possible event that your order may get lost/stuck while in transit to it's destination. If the package has not moved in over a week from its last scan, you will be able to file a lost package claim. USPS will then get involved in locating your package.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that any orders placed outside of the US will have longer ship times due to the customs process. We cannot control the customs process & it may take longer than what the time was originally setted for. Customs distribution centers (in all countries) have a lot of high mail traffic which causes long periods of delays. Please expect to give it some additional time.
My package was marked delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is marked delivered. We do recommend these following steps:
-Check with your neighbors/neighborhood FB page to see if anyone accidentally received your package.
-If you can, speak with your carrier to see where they placed your package.
-Call your local PO locate the missing package using GPS location.
-Give it a couple of days, it may have been accidentally marked as delivered.
If order is still missing after being marked delivered, a Police Report will need to be made & filed. Once the report has been made, please send us a copy of it & we will discuss further action for your order.
Can I return my item(s)?
Since all of our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns, unless otherwise damaged or defective. We do not accept items for return or exchange if it has been washed or worn.
All handmade and jewelry pieces cannot be returned.
If there is an exception needed to be made, that will be on a case by case basis & may require a $10 restocking fee deducted from any refund.
If in the event a refund is to be made (if approved by Honey Soul Shop), we require the item to be shipped back & returned to us in its original unworn/unwashed condition, before any refund is processed.
What Brand(s) do you use?
Since this is a handmade shop, we use multiple brands for certain/different listings. Each brand will have its own unique & special quality.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We do not generally accept cancellations. If an order is already in process or production, we cannot cancel. If an order is currently not in process or production, we can discuss the cancellation process.
