What if my package is lost, stolen or damaged?

Packages that are presumed stolen after confirmed delivery by tracking are not covered by insurance or refundable by us. We insure your package for the purchase price, less shipping cost. If your parcel is lost during shipping, we will open a claim once the time limit set by the insurance company has been met. We use any settlement money to replace as much of your purchase as possible from stock on hand, and refund as much of the difference of your purchase price as is awarded to us in an insurance settlement. You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping with signature verification. If you receive a damaged parcel, send us high-quality photos that clearly show the damage, and prove that you received it in that condition.

Why do you require a signature for delivery on orders over $200 in value?

Due to recent events where packages may have been stolen from customers porch after delivery, we will now need to enforce a strict signature verification policy, in order to ship orders over $200 in value to ensure that your yarn makes it to you. We realize this may be inconvenient, however, we believe it's a fair trade for peace of mind. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
