Hoopalicious Supply Co. is a US Based Jewelry Findings/ Embellishment Supply Company. We opened in 2011, and have been going strong ever since! We'll supply you with everything you need for all of your DIY Projects- Everything from Spikes to Studs to Spacer Beads & MORE! We have it ALL! If you need something you DON'T see however, just message us! We will respond within 3 hours, and are more than likely able to get what you're looking for!

We usually ship out your item(s) same day if possible. This excludes Holidays & Weekends. If you're in a rush, just message us so we are in the know.

Also message us with any questions you may have regarding a specific item!

Payment
Payment is expected at the time of sale. If the customer has not paid within 3 business days and have not replied to e-mails or convos, the sale will be canceled.

You can pay with a credit card or Paypal funds (including e-checks). Items will not be shipped until payment is received and verified.

• We accept PAYPAL (Even if you don't have a Paypal account,
you can still pay with your Credit Card through Paypal)
• Credit Card payments can be accepted through PAYPAL's checkout
• Etsy's Direct Checkout using your Credit Card
• Sorry, no cash, checks or money orders

If payment is not received within 24 hours, we will send you a message through email and/or Etsy Conversation ("convo"). If there is no response within 3 days, we will need to cancel the order for lack of payment.

If payment is made with an "e-check" via PAYPAL, we will wait until the e-check clears (about 3-4 days) before your items are shipped.
Shipping
Firstly, PLEASE make sure your address is correct on Etsy before you make a purchase. I will use your Etsy shipping/address information when I am packaging and mailing.

HoopaliciousSupplyCo. is NOT responsible for items mailed to the incorrect address due to buyer error. If you notice the address is incorrect shortly after purchasing, you can send us a message asap to see if you catch the order before it is sent out to you. If the items haven't been mailed yet, we will be more than happy to ship to the new address you message to us. If it is already sent, you can go to the Post Office and request to stop the shipment's delivery. Again, seller isn't responsible for buyer address error. Thanks!

Normally, Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of payment receipt. We understand you have deadlines etc, and do our best to ship asap to our customers. Please message us if you're in a rush, as we offer expedited shipping options for those in a hurry.

Custom orders will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified. Insurance is only included in the shipping costs if you UPGRADE TO PRIORITY MAIL. If you would like regular mail (cheapest), and you would like insurance added, please contact me and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

Domestic shipments:
I ship all domestic packages USPS First Class Mail with Tracking Number. Tracking IS included in your shipping fee if item is being shipped to a location within the US. If you would like to add INSURANCE, please notify me at the time of payment in the "Message to Seller" box. If you would like Priority or Express mail, please contact me and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

International shipments:

I am happy to ship internationally. If your address is an international one, NO TRACKING is included in the listed shipping costs. If you would like TRACKING for your international package, please purchase the REGISTERED MAIL Add-On. This is the only way international packages will have tracking as per the USPS. You can find the links for shipping add-ons under the section SHIPPING along the left hand side of the shop. Extra Fees associated with tracking and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Otherwise, INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS will receive their package via United States Postal Service FIrst Class Mail WITHOUT Delivery Confirmation and WITHOUT Tracking Number.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

International shipments takes up to 10-21 days for delivery depending on your location, but sometimes take a little longer due to weekend,holidays or uncontrolled condition. We cannot control the delivery time, as much of that depends on Customs in your respective Country.

Once the items are shipped, the Seller is no longer responsible for packages not reaching their destination. The USPS is responsible for those packages sent via REGISTERED MAIL, or if the buyer has paid for INSURANCE. If you do not purchase one of these, you are purchasing at your own risk and assume responsibility if the package doesn't reach you.

Just message me after purchase if you forgot to add the additional shipping option to your cart, and I can help to fix that for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items we sell, All sales are final. All of our supplies are hand selected and inspected before shipping. The quality of our product is exceptional. Items are accurately described, so please read what you are purchasing prior to doing so.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you're giving these items as a Gift, please leave a Message to Seller at time of purchase, and we'd be glad to see how we can make your gift extra special. Otherwise, every order is packaged and labeled so you aren't left guessing what it is once you receive it. Also, we ship all of our orders in a Bubble Mailer for added protection during the shipping process.
