Welcome! hoop~da~loop is proud to offer you whimsical home and party decor and gifts that will brighten your life and the lives of others! Please take a look around. I recommend my goods especially for weddings, parties, and showers to add that perfect unique touch to your party and for nursery decorating. I am more than happy to customize items just for you so please, do not hesitate to message me with any questions and/or requests.
I accept paypal. If your payment has not been submitted within 24 hours of purchase, I will relist the item, however, you are more than welcome to purchase it again. I am also more than willing to make custom listings just for you and reserve anything you might see for up to 48 hours.
***hoop~da~loop will be taking a much needed break to spend time with my family from December 22-27th. During this time you can still place orders, but they will not ship until December 31st. If you need them sooner than this, please convo me! I would love to try to meet your needs, but might not be able to do so- so be sure to check!!! Thanks and Happy Holidays!!!***
All items ship in 5 business days or less after payment is received unless otherwise discussed directly with the customer. I ship first class as long as the package is light enough (and it usually is!). If not, I ship parcel post. All packages are shipped in secure, clean, odorless packaging. If you need it shipped faster, please convo me as I am more than willing to add it for your convenience. All products are shipped from a smoke free environment.
**Starting December 12th ALL orders will be shipped with a Delivery Confirmation number. I am happy to offer this without raising my prices! Please let me know if you want to upgrade to something different.
I love to ship internationally, so please convo me if your country is not listed under shipping.
Because I cannot control your order once it is mailed, hoop~da~loop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once mailed. I will, however review each issue on a case by case basis. I will now be including a Delivery Confirmation number with all packages so you can track where it is.
Please note: If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact me and I will do my absolute best to rectify the situation. This happens very rarely, but I am more than happy to help!
***Christmas Shipping: I cannot guarantee without a reasonable doubt that your order will arrive by Christmas. However, I will do my absolute best to make that happen. That being said, please place all orders that you want before Christmas by December 15th. If you would like priority mail shipping (or faster), please convo me!
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with what you order! If you do not love your hoop~da~loop piece, please contact me within a few days of receiving the item and I will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. The only exception is on custom orders. If you have ordered a custom order that has personalized messaging on it such as an invitation or personalized stationary, please note that there are no exchanges or refunds. I do my absolute best to make sure these orders are exactly what you want. If you are not satisfied with your custom order, please contact me! I will do my best to correct the problems.
