5 out of 5 starsFast delivery and easy return process when I chose the incorrect size and didn’t realize until I saw it in person. My piercing measures 10mm, so I got the 10mm hoop. My nostrils are small and quite narrow so the 10mm piercing doesn’t look as snug, still a very pretty piercing and I would opt to try the 9mm next time.

Sizing details
• Each of our items have details about the size of the piece in the description. Be sure to check that out if you have any questions about how big an item is.
• We use standard US sizing for all our rings. If you have any questions about your ring size, contact us and we would be happy to walk you through finding out your ring size.
Care instructions
• We use precious metals including sterling silver, 14K gold filled, 14K rose gold filled, and 14K gold.
• Sterling silver can tarnish over time. With a polishing cloth, it can always be polished back to its original shine.
• 14K gold filled and 14K gold wears very well and with normal wear can last years and even decades.
• Tarn-X, a quality polishing cloth, or some baking soda and water made into a paste does a great job at getting rid of tarnish and shining your rings.
Gift wrapping and packaging
• Our jewelry is packaged in a cute box or envelope ready for gift giving. You can also request a personal message which we hand write onto a gift tag. We try to package responsibly in an effort not to waste. Often more than one item will be placed in the same box. Please specify if you would like your items individually boxed. Bridesmaids gifts will each have their own box.
Will this jewelry turn my skin colors?
• Unless you have a skin allergy to sterling silver or gold you should not have any issues with the metal turning your skin colors.
What is 14K Gold Filled
• 14K yellow and rose gold filled jewelry consists of a solid layer of gold bonded on top of a base metal. This base metal, which is brass (a make-up of copper and zinc with no nickel), allows for the ring to be sturdy, and affordable. Gold filled handles daily wear similar to solid gold, and with normal wear should not fade away over time. It contains 100% more gold compared to gold layered, or gold plated jewelry, and does not tint skin color (unless allergic to gold).
Does your jewelry contain nickel?
• Our sterling silver, 14K gold filled, or solid 14K gold metals do not contain nickel.
• Our 14K white gold does contain small amounts of nickel (that is how it gets its grayish coloring), but the amount of nickel is so small, it generally does not irritate skin. Please contact us if you have any questions about it, we're happy to help.
Can I wear this in the water?
• Yes, you can wear your jewelry in the water without discoloring or damaging your jewelry.
Is our jewelry guaranteed?
• Our number one priority is making sure our customers are happy. We try to do our best in using the best materials and innovative designs at affordable prices. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us to make things right, by replacing your jewelry or refunding you. If 180 days have passed since you placed your order we are unable to issue any refunds.
