ORDER TIMELINES - UNITED STATES
Receive your activity books within 2 weeks from ordering via border trucking ~> USPS. Quicker timelines may be accommodated; please inquire or purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout.
If you do not purchase a shipping upgrade, US small stationery orders with free shipping will be shipped by untracked mail which does not include tracking, insurance, or guaranteed delivery and can take up to 15 business days to arrive. This shipping method will be discontinued later in 2022.
ORDER TIMELINES - CANADA
Receive your activity books within 2 weeks from ordering via Chit Chats/Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Upgrade to Purolator Express at checkout for quicker delivery.
If you do not purchase a shipping upgrade, Canadian small stationery orders with free shipping will be shipped by standard lettermail which does not include tracking, insurance, or guaranteed delivery and can take up to 15 business days to arrive. This shipping method will be discontinued in 2022 and paid, tracked shipping will all apply to all Canadian orders.
