Hootz started as a self-love and healing project.
My custom healing crystal and stone jewelry is made by hand for the heart. Locally made in the Sunshine State, I guarantee satisfaction of every item made. My genuine stones and minerals are sourced from around the USA and the world, carefully selected and examined before being crafted into my finished Hootz products. I believe in supporting people where they are in their healing process. Returns and Exchanges
Hootz does not offer returns at this time. Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of purchase, shipping is not included with an exchange. Please email hootzhealing33@gmail.com for more details on this process.
Sizing details
Every Hootz Healing custom piece is crafted with quality and care. If you have sizing specifications, please include this information on the note section with your order. Most of our bracelets measure between 6.5 and 7.5 inches in diameter. For further questions about other jewelry items, please contact our shop or email us.
Custom and personalized orders
At Hootz Healing, custom is our middle name. If you have a custom idea in mind, please contact us with the stones you would like or healing needs, and we can make something just for you. We have hundreds of stones to choose from. Please be sure to include sizing specifications.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All custom jewelry currently comes tagged and labeled in a beautiful jewelry box with the stones, properties and chakra activations included.
Repairs and Replacements
If any of our jewelry should break within 30 days, please mail it back to us (shipping not included) and we will repair it for free and mail it back to you free of charge. Repairs after 30 days will incur a $5 charge. If you should like a new finisher piece (the sparkly CZ), we can replace that with any repair for an additional $5. Finishers cannot be replaced unless done with a repair.
