hi everyone... i am more than happy to answer questions and make minor changes to my creations within reason. like many folk on etsy i am passionate about what i make, i hope my customers love hope and anchor creations as much as i do.

Payment
nothing is better than a quick sale. if i have not recevied payment within 3 days i will relist it. (unless late payment is pre-arranged)
also note for you kiwis i accept bank deposits as form of payment please convo for the details! sorry those else where i will not take overseas bank transfers due to the huge bank charges
Shipping
i am happy to find an exact shipping cost for you, as my listings have an estimated amount.
i will get your purchase in the post as soon as payment is made (usally within 2 days) as for arrival times i use nz posts guide, any delays once shipped are pain but i cannot be responsible for.
please note also that the buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
i am a reasonable person and if there are ever any problems i
will do my best to sort it out for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will not refund items lost in the post. i will though do my best to track down anything lost. i triple check postal addresses before sending please let me know when purchasing if your address has changed.
everything i make is checked before it goes out the door, in the unlikely hood it is faulty i am happy to repair the item or replace it if unable to fix. if i can't do either of these i will refund. Please note i do not refund for change of mind, if you are unsure ask for more photos

i have usually spent ages gazing at what i have made, if i have not given you enough info about an item i am more than happy to answer questions and do more photos
Also please note as i supply a couple of stores including etsy you may not receive the exact item photographed. Sometimes i will be making you a fresh spanking new item, so fabric print placements can vary. I will try my best to replicate though.
