Sizing, Garment Care, and Fabric Type

HANDCRAFTED GARMENT CARE
Hand wash, hang to dry. Do not wring or use heat. Low iron ok. Dry clean ok.


FABRICS
Most fabrics are lightweight & made in the USA. Some light shows through certain rayon spandex blends. Most people wear without a slip, others may still prefer it.

Our fabrics change in weight, thickness, content, & color based on availability. If you previously ordered an item chances are we may not have the exact fabric in stock. Please message us prior to ordering to see if the expected fabric is in stock first.

Where are the items made? And how long does it take?

Any fabric and supplies ship FAST in only 1-3 days. You can check each listing for more info, or ask.

Our tops, dresses, and most bottoms are sewn by us in my work/live loft. Allow 5-7 working days, not counting holidays or weekends, lead time to complete. All orders are made first-come-first-serve. Rushed sewing/printing is not currently available.

Order Changes, Wrong Addresses, & Packages Tracked as Delivered

Buyers are responsible for charges that may occur if an incorrect address is given. We cannot replace or refund items that become lost or left at the address given during checkout.

We are not responsible for items that track as delivered.

Shipping discounts are for same purchase orders only. Not separate.

Items are shipped when ready. We cannot ship on specific dates or delay shipping. If you are moving, traveling, etc we recommend waiting to order until you can receive mail again.

Sold Out Fabrics, Custom Orders, & PROMOS

SOLD OUT ITEMS
If an item or color is sold out it most likely is because our small manufacturer either stopped making the fabric or ran out of yarn. The listing will be updated as soon the fabric becomes available again.

CUSTOM WORK
At this time I'm not offering custom work or alterations via Etsy. This helps keep each item returnable under the return policy.

PROMOS FOR INFLUENCERS
I'm not currently looking to add additional promos or seeking influencers at this time.

SALES & DISCOUNTS
We offer flat rate shipping prices for all US customers as an automatic discount. We don't currently offer any other discounts.

Wrong Item Shipped or Defective Items

If you see an error in your order keep all tags attached & notify us immediately. A photo of the error or defect may be required.

Colors vary by monitor. Fabric varies by availability. Be sure to ask questions prior to ordering. The buyer is responsible for return shipping if they don't a color or fabric type.

While we are not responsible for: pilling, snags, tears, stains, unraveled, & popped stitches on worn/washed clothing.

Resale Policy / Wholesale

RESALE & DROPSHIP POLICY
We reserve the right to protect our work & our customers. Our items are priced fairly; representing our affordable ethic. Reselling our items or purchasing our items to dropship is prohibited. We will cancel orders & refuse service if we suspect you have placed an order for the purpose of reselling or dropshipping. Dropshipping sites that list our items do so without permission. Use of our photos is not allowed, unless the photo links to our Etsy / website.

WHOLESALE
Our made-to-order garments are not available for wholesale or resale. Select graphic printed garments are available to existing brick & mortar shops on proof of:

-shop address & phone number
-copy of resale license and Tax ID
-business website

Shop Hours and Customer Service

Our business is very important to us, but we also value family time. We operate under normal business hours and usually close at night, and on holidays.

If you haven't heard from us, it could be that we are asleep or away. Someone will be available to answer your questions as soon as we are back.
