If you are unhappy with any item, please contact me first before leaving any feedback. I will be happy to work with you to correct any problems or issues and keep you a satisfied 'hopeful heart' customer.

You must contact me within 5 calendar days after the maximum allowed shipping time to be eligible for any refund or exchange.

Example: For domestic purchases, 7 business days after purchase + 5 calendar days. For international purchases, 10 business days after purchase + 5 calendar days.

If an item arrives damaged, please return it to me and you will receive a refund.

Custom or Wholesale Orders
Due to the ordering of specific supplies to fulfill your custom or wholesale orders, I, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds but will be happy to do exchanges.

I accept PayPal only.

Once an item(s) is purchased you will have five business days to complete your transaction by payment.

Once I have received payment for the item(s) you have purchased, your order will be shipped immediately.

Once your order is processed and paid for I will ship your item(s) immediately, via Canada Post.

If you have purchased more than one item, you will be charged one full price shipping charge, plus 25% for each additional item with a shipping charge or equal or lesser value.

Example: If your shipping charge is $3.00 for one item and $2.00 for another item, your shipping charge will be $3.50 for both items, when shipped together.

If you spend more than $50.00 in one collective purchase (number of items unlimited) you will receive free shipping within Canada or the United States.

Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping and 7-10 business days for international shipping.
