I'm sorry that the files did not work for this buyer! I messaged them privately asking how they tried using the file and what exact problems they ran into. I'd love to do anything I can to help make things right, and figure out a solution so that others don't have the same trouble. Unfortunately, the buyer has never responded to my message, so I've been unable to remedy things.
