Owner, Maker, Designer, Curator
Since a young age I have been creative always making something! Polymer Clay is a material I played with I was little + I had dreams of selling jewellery way back then! Making jewellery is my relaxation time + allows me to draw upon my ideas!
You can rest assured that all handmade items in my shop are made by myself! Due to their handmade nature, some items may have slight imperfections which only add to their beauty + uniqueness.

No piece of jewellery can ever be guaranteed not to break. However, Hope Of All Hearts offers a 30 day warranty from date of receipt for all jewellery created by me.
If by chance something happens to your jewellery within the 30 day period, I will be happy to fix it for you, free of charge.
Please note: in offering this warranty, I am not stating that the jewellery will only last 1 month, I am offering this warranty to show my customers that I stand behind my craftsmanship + quality. Generally, breakage during the first 30 day is due to a faulty material. I would like the opportunity to repair the faulty material.

Tips to helping you care + wear your jewellery for a long time.
Polymer Clay is a little flexible + will last a long time but if bent by force the clay will snap.
Regularly clean your jewellery, I suggest using baby or face wipes as polymer clay can get scuffed from rubbing against other polymer beads, or get dirty from day to day wear + can also pick up colours in your clothing. Giving your polymer jewellery a gentle wipe will ensure your jewellery looks fresh + new for many years to come.
