What happens if tracking shows my package was delivered but I did not receive it?
The first course of action is to check with your family and friends, or your neighbors to see if someone has accepted delivery on behalf of you.
You should also allow a few extra days as the package may be with your local postman.
In the meantime, we recommend you to do the following:
1) Visit your Etsy account, click on your order and confirm the shipping address displayed in the order is correct.
2) Call USPS at their toll free number, and tell them you didn't receive your package:

3) After 7 days, submit a search request:
