Kitchen Craft

Hopewood Crafts started by me making a request of my boyfriend for Christmas. I wished for a $350 rug hooking frame. He started he didnt know what a rug hooking frame was but he was sure $350 was too much money based on my description of the item. We went to a local shop and scooped out the frame. He informed me he would get me a frame for Christmas but not buying it from them.
Next thing I know he was making the frame in his kitchen and it looked 100% better than the one I shown him three weeks earlier. He was more than pleased to tell me that he did it for half the price of the $350 price tag.
From that point forward we have decided to bring the most affordability products to the people who loved the crafts.
BUT he doesnt do it in our KITCHEN ANYMORE :-)

Feel free to email me with questions. I take my own product photos and only post those that substantially capture the colors and textures of the skein offered. I realize, of course, that not all monitors display colors the same as mine, so do feel free to write if you have questions.

Returns and exchanges
I want you to love purchase. Please contact me before leaving feedback, so that I can have a chance to hear your concerns and explore options with you.
Returns are accepted up to 15 days after sale, providing they are full, undamaged, and still wound in the skein hank [not re-wound into ball(s) or a cake]. You must contact me to discuss the return prior to returning the product. Returns received without discussion first may not be honored. Returns will be issues to your paypal account.
Payment
At this time, I accept Paypal as well as direct payment from a credit card.

International customers are responsible for any international customs fees or tariffs incurred in the transit of your order.

If you want to cancel your order before it ships, please contact me ASAP to arrange.
Shipping
I will ship your order within two business days of receipt of your payment.

I ship first class using the U.S. Postal Service, usually the next day. If you would like your package insured, tracked, expedited, or shipped with UPS or Fedex, please contact me to make arrangements.

International customers: Items ship International First Class. If you want Priority, which may be faster, convo me and I will calculate the exact shipping charge for you.

International customers are responsible for any international customs fees or tariffs incurred in the transit of your order. Tracking is not available on international orders.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders can be arranged by sending me a conversation. I will create a custom item listing when we have discussed your request. A full payment is expected when a custom item is ordered. Once completed, I'll send you a picture for your approval via email or conversation. I'll ship the item when I receive your approval. Once the item is shipped, it is not returnable.
