Hornbill Hill Studios is the creative outlet for Jennifer and her production team. Together, we provide thoughtful designs produced using the highest quality paper and print products.

As an ecologist and graphic designer, Jennifer strives to blend whimsical and elegant designs that incorporate natural elements.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Refunds/exchanges are offered on a case by case basis. All returns must be unused and in original packaging, and will be shipped back at seller's cost. No refunds are issued for custom work.
At this time I am only accepting PayPal and personal checks.

For wedding invitations: A 30% design deposit is required before any customization work begins. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping and can ONLY be made via check. The check will serve as your final contract.

We are a professional printing studio, so a minimum order of 25 invitations is required. After that, you can order as many as you'd like.
Products are shipped once payment is received in full.

All items are packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. We do not have any "hidden" packaging costs, and we make all efforts to minimize shipping costs. Please contact us if you are interested in additional services, e.g. expedited shipping, insurance, delivery confirmation, etc.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. USPS First Class International averages between 6-12 business days depending on your location. Please contact me if you prefer Priority or Express Mail, delivery confirmation, insurance, or any other services. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, etc. that are charged upon the delivery of items.

2. DESIGN: To get started with the design process, we require a 50% deposit. We will create an initial concept based on your ideas, colors, themes, and budget. Any inspirational material you provide is helpful!

3. PROOFS: All proofs will be emailed for your approval. We offer UNLIMITED rounds of Adobe PDF custom design proofs. Our rule is "until the customer is happy!".

4. PRINT & SHIP: Once you approve the final proof, your design is sent for printing. All invitations are printed and shipped within 3-7 business days, depending on the services requested. Sometimes we even get them out in 1 or 2 days!

Q: Do you offer return address printing?
A: Yes. $0.30 per envelope.

Q: How about colors?
A: Color palettes are completely customizable. All of our monitors are professionally calibrated to industry standards. Based on your setting however, colors can vary on your monitor. If you have a specific color in mind, the best thing to do is email us the pantone color number.
