Hello I'm Joni and I reside on Canada's beautiful west coast. My studio is shared with two felines and one canine who love to inspect my work. My house is smoke free but I can't guarantee that it is fuzz free!

Each piece you see here is created with a lot of care and attention. I work mainly with acrylics on canvas. My style includes adding torn book pages and a LOT of colour. I always finish a piece by collaging song lyrics onto the painting; be it a meaningful or favourite song for my commissioning client, or one that just caught my attention while I was creating in the studio.

I hope you enjoy perusing my paintings as much as I have enjoyed making them.

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy for whatever reason, I can work with you to get it resolved. Please e-mail me to get it sorted out. Any problems should be brought to my attention within 5 days of receiving the item.
Payment
I only use Paypal as method of payment since it is the most secure and very simple to use. Please pay within 3 business days. If you do not pay in this period of time, I will convo you and give you up to a week from when the sale was made to pay. If there is no payment after 7 days, consider the sale canceled.

STEP 1)
After you filled in your address you see a thing with 'pay now with paypal' That's the button you should click for either credit card or paypal. See it here:

STEP2)
It takes you to paypal. You'll see a screen where you can choose your payment method. If there's currently no money in your paypal account you can also choose to use your credit card in the bottom part of the screen: http://www.flickr.com/photos/starrydesigns/365363424/in/set-72157594527812262/

STEP 3)

for credit card 'continue' and you got here:

STEP 4)
Now just enter the information in the screen and if everything is done and you're at the bottom of the screen click the 'continue checkout' button (for credit card) or 'pay' button (for paypal).

STEP 5)
This will lead you back to an Etsy screen with a big green check saying your payment came through!

Shipping
Yes, I do ship worldwide. I send everything through Canada Post via First Class. Large packets are sent with a trackable parcel number. Small items, such as single cards are sent as letter mail. Unless otherwise posted in my shop announcement,orders may take up to three business days for me to print, package and process your order before posting it. Custom schedules will vary.

Standard letter-mail delivery time for Canada Post is 2 days locally; 3 days province-wide; 4 days anywhere within Canada. USA & international destinations may take from a week to 2 weeks.


Customs and Duty

Some countries may charge customs, duty fees, and taxes. All charges are paid for additionally by the recipient. Please check with your local post office if there will be any charges for incoming parcels.
