Heirloom quality products

Hi, my name is Tim Hornshaw. My wife Lori and I live in Holland, Michigan with our youngest son. Our oldest is currently serving in the U.S. Navy.

Background:
After fifteen years of design engineering for Aerospace and Automotive companies, I have decided to return to my first love, woodworking. But not to lose the experience I have gained from my previous career, I rely heavily on CAD and CNC to produce my products.

Mission:
My mission is to produce High quality products and market them directly to my customers. I’m using my experience in design engineering coupled with the latest woodworking technologies to produce heirloom quality wood products.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
Returns due to the product not being what you wanted must be sent back within 14 days of receipt of the item. I will refund the initial purchase cost upon receipt of the the undamaged item. You as the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. I do not currently charge any re-stocking fees.

DIY swifts are unfinished, once a finish process is started they are NO longer returnable to Hornshaw Wood Works.
Payment
I accept Paypal or credit cards. Payment should be made upon purchase.
Shipping
The swifts will be shipped via USPS.

For international shipments I use the US Post office mail services. You as the buyer are responsible or all import duties or VAT costs for your particular country. Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.
