ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so if you have any questions, please ask before purchasing. Remember, most of our items have been gently worn, therefore they may have slight imperfections. If an item has a drastic imperfection, it will be stated in the Description. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email hothautevintage [!at] gmail.com or contact us direct at the store number 949.497.9080 within one week of receiving your item and we will work to resolve the issue. If an item was damaged during shipping or inaccurately described, we will exchange it. However, you must first contact us and then we will ask you to send the item back using Priority Shipping with a delivery confirmation and tracking.

We only accept PayPal at this time. Please pay within 3 days of purchase. If you cannot pay in that time frame or would like to cancel the order, please contact me and negative feedback will not be given. However, if one week has passed and there has been no contact and no payment, the order will be canceled and negative feedback will be left.

We will always leave positive feedback for prompt payments! Once you have received your item, please leave positive feedback. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, please let us know before leaving negative feedback. We will do what is necessary to resolve the issue. All items are carefully packaged to insure their safety upon arrival. Items are shipped twice a week. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email.

Domestic Packages: are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Most items will take two to three days from the shipping date to arrive within the continental United States. If you would like a faster shipping service, we can provide this with an extra shipping fee. Please contact us for this request.

We will be glad to ship internationally upon request and will give you shipping options once contacted.

Bust: armpit to armpit
Waist: waist seam
Hip: a few inches down from waist
Length: Dress/top - where shoulder seam meets neck, top of strap to hem, or neck to hem (whatever method will be stated in the description) Pants/skirt - waist to hem
Sleeve Length: top of shoulder seam to sleeve hem

BAGS
Length: corner to corner on front
Height: top to bottom on front
Width: corner to corner on side
Strap/Handle Height: middle top of bag to strap,

NECKLACES
Total length of chain: open necklace and lay out straight, measure total length of chain
Length of Pendant: top to bottom of pendant
Width of Pendant: side to side of pendant

If a measurement says "free" it means that the fit is very loose and therefore a measurement is not necessary.
