♥ SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Special instructions must be entered in the Message To Seller box at checkout or sent to me via convo. I cannot guarantee that special instructions left in Paypal will be seen.

PLEASE NOTE: Special instructions should not include item customization requests. All custom requests must be made before purchase or order may be cancelled.

Shipping
♥ SHIPPING METHODS

→ Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail

→ Shipping upgrades are available at additional charge, upon request. Please contact me prior to purchase to arrange a shipping upgrade.

→ US shipping labels are printed through Paypal and include tracking numbers.

→ VERY IMPORTANT: All orders are shipped to the address on the invoice ONLY. If you need your order shipped to an address other than your own, please add that address to your Paypal account for your order so the correct address will be on the invoice.


♥ SHIPPING TIMES

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, and are processed within 3 business days of receipt of payment (often within 24 hours). Saturday shipping may be available during the holiday rush or for time sensitive purchases.
→ Standard shipping times within the US are typically 2-6 business days.
→ International shipping may take 1-3 weeks depending on location and customs.


♥ SHIPPING DELAYS

On rare occasions, a slight shipping delay may occur due to inclement weather or a US Postal holiday. This delay should be no more than one business day.


♥ UPGRADES

Shipping upgrades are always available. Please convo me before purchase with your time requirement and your zip code and I'll be happy to quote a price for you.


♥ TRACKING

All US customers will be provided a tracking number which can be used at www.usps.com.
Tracking numbers for international shipments are not provided at this time.


♥ CUSTOMS

All customs fees, duties, levies and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds and Exchanges
♥ REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGES

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - If you're unhappy with an item you've purchased for any reason, simply contact me at bonnie [!at] hotpinkchick.com to arrange a hassle-free return at no cost to you. A refund will be issued (or exchange made, if desired) upon receipt of returned items.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 15% restocking fee on earrings to change out the ear wires or posts. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the earrings, minus the 15% fee.


♥ DAMAGE / LOSS

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, a full refund (or store credit, if requested) will be issued. In the event of damage, a picture of the damaged item will be required so that I am able to file an insurance claim for damage/loss.

♥ CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are always welcome! Please contact me before purchase and I'll be happy to work with you to meet your needs. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit, balance due upon completion.


♥ BRIDAL JEWELRY

Bridal jewelry for the bride, bridesmaids, flower girls or attendant's gifts can often be offered at a discounted price when purchased in bulk. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together to design the perfect pieces for you in time for your wedding.


♥ REPAIRS/ADJUSTMENTS

Repairs or adjustments can always be made to your jewelry and I will be happy to do so. A service charge may or may not apply depending on the circumstances.


♥ WHOLESALE INFORMATION

If you are interested in carrying Hot Pink Chick items in your store, please send an e-mail to bonnie [!at] hotpinkchick.com with your name, store name, location, specific products you are interested in and any quantity or timeline information you may have. I will be happy to discuss wholesale pricing with you at that time.
