Shipping ceramic mug is pricey. The mug is carefully wrapped with protected box and paper, which adds up the weight of the mug. And the only option to ship the mug is Priority Mail.

●▬▬▬▬●✿ How I make your products ✿●▬▬▬▬▬●
I do NOT use vinyl on all my drinkware . I use premium dye sublimation ink, which is a process that uses heat to transfer the ink to become part of structure of the material. Therefore, the images on the mugs won't FADE or SCRATCH after washing. They are totally Dish Washer and Microwave SAFE

Convos are answered during Customer Service Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am -5 pm Mountain Time

Off Hours, Weekends and holidays - I will answer convo only when I can

How did my dream begin?

My journey started with my dream of being my own boss and creating personalized touches that put a smile on those who receive their unique custom gifts.
I'm currently using CorelDraw, Corel Paint, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Gimp,.... for my daily creative designs. I then convert these beautiful designs into real life unique personalized gifts including ceramic mugs, stainless steel water bottle, pillows, travel mugs, enamel mugs and much more.

My printing technology is sublimation, which is a premium high quality printing technique that transfers the ink straight onto the substrate by heat. It gives the substrate a permanent prints and the ink becomes part of the material, and won't fade or peel off.

These personalized gifts are so special that they made our giftees cry when they opened them. I know they will continue bringing these same joys to each one of you to treasure them forever.

When is the best time to reach us?

Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Holidays: closed. However, we will try our best to reach you in a timely manner.

Custom and personalised orders

I take custom/personalized requests. All purchasers will be given proofs until satisfied with the design. I'd gladly send you one first proof as per request prior to purchasing.

If your provided information is missing to complete an order, we will send you a convo asking you to provide us the information. But if we don't receive anything from you within 2 days, your order will automatically be refunded and cancelled. But you are more than welcome to submit your order again and please remember to provide the necessary information.

What happens if my order was made incorrectly?

Please send me a polite convo explaining the problem. Attach a picture to show what was incorrect will help me see what needs to be fixed. A correct one will be made with priority and sent out to you.

What is my processing time?

My processing time is 3-5 business days

Why is shipping so expensive?

I'm an International buyer, why do I get a custom duty charge when picking up my package?

Other countries outside of the EU may also apply custom duty and/or import VAT on goods purchased from another country. The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.
