Hi! Welcome to House 129. We're so glad that you stopped by... if your questions aren't answered below, please be sure to message me. I would be delighted to hear from you and assist in any way that I can.
All payments must be received within 24 hours or item will be re-listed. We accept payments through PayPal. If paying with a check through PayPal, please note that your order will not ship until the check has cleared and the money arrives in my account.
Cancellation of any order is only acceptable if the order has not shipped. If the item has not shipped, a refund will be issued 2-3 business days. If the order has shipped, please see the return policy below.
PLEASE NOTE: A large inventory is not kept on hand, so most items are made to order. All orders will ship within 3-5 business days of your orders receipt, except for custom orders or unless other arrangements have been made. If you should need an item shipped sooner, please message me so that we can work out the details.
I ship all orders to the address listed on your ETSY RECEIPT...not your PayPal receipt, so please make sure it is the correct address. You can leave a note while checking out as well if necessary. Unfortunately, if a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will have to charge for shipping again.
US orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Please note that not all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. First class mail averages 5-7 business days for delivery. Priority mail is available for an additional charge.
PLEASE NOTE: If your package is not insured, House 129 is not liable for lost or damaged products.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail International. First class international averages 1-4 weeks for delivery. Priority mail International is available for an additional charge. International buyers, please note that the purchase price does not include duties and/or taxes that your country may charge, they are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please know that we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the following return/exchange policies to our buyers:
Returns are accepted if contacted within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Items must show no signs of wear or use and include all original packaging and accessories to qualify. Returns must be in the mail back to me within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges are also accepted if contacted within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Items show no signs of wear or use and include all original packaging and accessories to qualify. Exchanges must be in the mail back to me within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
You will receive a credit for the full purchase price (less shipping costs) towards the new item. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We will cover the cost to ship the new item out to the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs
If you are given a discount for a custom order or reserved listing, a promotional code cannot be used on your purchase. If one is used, a refund will be issued and the order will not be fulfilled until the appropriate payment is received.
