Every purchase comes with a 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧! Once you make a purchase, you will find a download link for your free print in the 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦 section. This can be found in your account under the Purchases and Reviews section.
The free print on offer is random and changes month to month.

Everything in our store is a downloadable/printable, no physical item will be shipped to you.
𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗦
Follow these steps to gain access to your files. Please note that you have to do this in a web browser and not the Etsy App.
1. Sign in to Etsy.com from a web browser and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Find your order from HouseAndPrint, next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
Etsy will also send you a download notification email giving you a link to access your files.
If you checked out as a "guest", you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your email.
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧 𝗦𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥?
Our printable artworks all come in ratio sizing, which means our files can be printed in a lot of different print sizes. Please check the item descriptions for specifics.
𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗭𝗜𝗡𝗚
We use ratio sizing, so artwork resizing should only be needed on rare occasions. We provide ONE artwork resize per order. This does not apply to bundles or art sets.
Requests can be sent to us via Etsy messages after ordering. For multiple resizes, a small fee will be charged.
For printing at sizes not included, you can also use the closet sized file to print the size you need (up to the largest size included) and use the cropping function. For online printing services, the artwork should be auto-cropped to fit the chosen dimensions. You should then be able to edit the image position to fit your desired final look.

We would recommend going with paper stock that is at least 170gsm, paper stock of 250gsm+ would be best. If your printing service doesn't tell you the weight, choose paper described as "Heavy" or "Thick".
We would recommend going with matte paper. Glossy paper would ruin the effect of the artwork.
If you're trying to replicate an authentic vintage feel, then go with a thick textured paper, cotton photo rag, or a linen or canvas.
The choice is completely yours!

As all our items in our store are digital instant downloads, once and item has been downloaded, we cannot issue refunds or cancel orders.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes! We are happy to provide one free resize per order. Just reach out with your specs via Etsy messages.
Please note that if your order contains multiple artworks that need resizing, we will have to charge a small fee for this service.
