Every decal is Made to Order once purchased. This means that we will cut your design in the color you have chosen. If you forget to specify a color choice, you will be able to contact me by e-mail.
Depending on how many orders are needing to be processed, it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days for your order to be cut and then shipped out. We do our best to get your orders completed proficiently and as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new design.

Household Words is located in the Ohio valley in the small town of New Philadelphia.
We operate & Ship out on Monday, Wednesday, Friday in town creating vinyl decals, outdoor yard signs, and more.
We offer a variety of vinyl for your various projects. We carry matte, glossy, frosted. Matte vinyls are best for indoor and crafting projects, Glossy is used for kayaks, boats, jet ski. Frosted is only for glass or plexi-glass to give an etched look to the surface.

We will refund the Purchase Price(not shipping) of a vinyl decal if your not happy with it after it has been Returned back to us.
Please Convo Us to let us know if this situation may arise.

We cannot refund on vinyl decals that have been
- CUSTOM made with names or dates.
A PHOTO MUST BE PROVIDED, Do Not throw away Your Decal, We need to See the issue that may have occurred to assist you or do a refund.

We support the United States Military and mail to APO/FPO Military addresses, too!

We ship small decals First class mail and Larger decals Priority Mail.
We ship out mail Monday through Friday, unless it is a Postal Holiday causing no delivery.
TRACKING
We use Delivery confirmation tracking on all USA and Military apo/fpo shipments.
Delivery Dates are "Estimated" dates given by the USPS and are NOT Guaranteed, per USPS.
For a Guaranteed Delivery date, ie: Christmas gift, Birthday gift, Grand Opening, etc...
you must purchase (EXPRESS Priority Mail with Signature upon Delivery. )This Service does cost more than we have listed and we will need to invoice or change your shipping fee costs.
The package will Not ship out until EXPRESS Priority mail fee is paid.

READ HERE ABOUT YOUR PAINT:
May not adhere to painted surfaces with Teflon, stain guard or VOC paints that have been used. VOC paints are a green friendly paint with low odor or no odor.
These types of paints will repel removable vinyl decals and make them "fall off/roll off" your surface.
