Paypal or Paypal credit card.
Full payment is required and holds will be cancelled after one week.

Please note that all items are prepared by hand including the cutting and packaging. Order ETAS are approximately 2 weeks + delivery time.
If anything requires extra time or is back ordered, I will notify you as soon as possible.

If you need an order by a specific date, please don't hesitate to contact me to review the options.
All Orders will be shipped by Canada Post. You will receive an email with tracking notification after it has shipped

Priority Shipping:
Depending on the destination the shipment usually takes:

Shipping to USA, Canada & EU ~ 2-7 business days
Shipping to everywhere else ~ 7-18 business days

Please note that there might be delays due to holidays and customs. Unfortunately, these are out of my control. If necessary I will follow up and track your shipment.
The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees if they apply.

If your package is lost or missing please notify me by email as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
All refunds, exchanges, and returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please message me within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase and an item does not meet your expectations.

Items should be returned in the original condition - unworn and unwashed. Clear washing instructions will be given with each garment. I will not be able to provide refund for items which are not in the original condition.
