Frequently asked questions
How long do portrait orders take?
Portraits take about 1 week, plus shipping time depending on number of orders. If you need a print by a certain date please contact me so I can make sure you will get it by that date.
Do your planters have drainage holes?
I try my best to make sure most of my planters have drainage holes before I fire them, however sometimes I forget (lol) just add a note in your order and i'm happy to add drainage holes at no extra cost to you!
Do you take custom orders?
I do! Please keep in mind that planters take at LEAST one week to make, one week to glaze, and one final week to fire (3 weeks total).
