Thanks for visiting my shop! I am a one woman studio operating out of Vermont. I love making handcrafted jewelry and creating special pieces for individuals. I am always open to considering custom orders and I enjoy the collaborative process of designing a unique item that perfectly suits the buyer.
Most of my jewelry is made to order, which means that it takes a bit of time for you to receive your item, but it also means that I create each piece carefully, with you in mind! Check in with me if you are wondering about production time. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
I take pride in my craft, and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please know that I care about your satisfaction, and feel free to contact me with questions at any time!
All orders are paid in advance. (Please be aware that if you live in Vermont, 6% sales tax will be automatically added to your cost.)
I accept payments via PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay through PayPal! You can pay with a credit card or e-check without setting up an account.)
I do appreciate prompt payment. If you purchase an item from my shop and I do not receive confirmation of payment within 48 hours, the order will be canceled.

I ship via First Class US Mail within the United States, and via First Class International to anywhere else in the world. All items are shipped with signature confirmation delivery. Items priced at $98 or more are insured.
(Please understand that First Class International is not trackable and the US Post Office does not guarantee delivery. If you would like to upgrade to International Express Shipping, please convo me and I will quote the additional cost.)
Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, or damaged in transit. If you have questions or concerns about shipping, please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is a problem with the fit, or if your item is damaged, contact me to correct the situation. In the case of a defect or error on my part, I fully guarantee my work and will happily refund your money or repair the item at my discretion.
No refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.
Items that are not personalized or custom made can be returned within 7 days of receipt. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Contact me for return shipping instructions.
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please ask me any questions you may have PRIOR to buying. That way we can clear up any possible confusion in advance and help ensure that you are fully informed about your purchase.
Contact me in order to initiate a return of any kind.
Please do not send anything back without contacting me first.
