It takes a bit more effort to slide it across the floor than the disposable pads, but it makes up for it by doing a better job anywhere there's something stuck on the ground. And by being washable of course! It also fits my swiffer wetjet perfectly, and the velcro holds it on well.

MicroMops was originally the brainchild of Amy & Dee. As it grew and their lives changed they were no longer able to keep up with it. They began searching for someone to take over at the end of 2011 and I immediately jumped on the chance. I have known Amy & Dee as online friends in the craft community for awhile. We've become good friends over the years and I was happy to take over MicroMops. The eco-friendly and budget-conscious aspects of MicroMops is what we pride ourselves in.
I have enjoyed creating and selling items through Etsy for several years now. I began with my first shop, http://www.heatherscustomsewing.etsy.com, which carries vintage inspired aprons and a little bit of everything (now closed to focus on my other shops). I then quickly expanded to my second shop, http://www.henandchickcloth.etsy.com, which carries cloth diapers, nursing pads, and other eco-friendly items for the new mama and baby. I have had a few other shops but they are now closed so I can focus on my cloth diaper shop and MicroMops.
I have really enjoyed MicroMops and can't wait to see what the future holds!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If the item is not in need of repair, and the buyer simply wishes to return the item, BUYER pays return shipping. Once item is in seller's possession, seller will refund original payment and shipping. Buyer is responsible for any delivery confirmation fees required to assure the item is returned to me. Seller will NOT refund the return shipping on returns unless there is a structural error in the item, item is damaged, etc. PERSONALIZED items may not be returned.
Please convo me with any questions, I wish to work with each customer personally and assure the orders are CORRECT before shipping. So please contact me if you have any problems before you post any negative feedback!
Payment
*You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card, WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will attempt to assist you in anyway that I can.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction otherwise payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase. I will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. I will leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me or communicate their desire to cancel the transaction.
Shipping
Micromops will combine shipping on multiple purchases.
*Inside the USA:
All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal.
Once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service, I cannot be held responsible for what may happen to it, including lost or damaged packages.
*Outside the USA:
Please be aware that if you live outside the United States there may be a customs fee added to your package by your country’s customs office. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items purchased. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Any chargeable import taxes and duties are payable by the customer. Once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service, I cannot be held responsible for what may happen to it, including lost or damaged packages.
If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment, I will ship the item to the address furnished by PayPal during checkout.

If you would like a place a custom order please contact me with your ideas, we can discuss the details and plan the design. Once we have agreed on a price and date for completion I will create a special listing in store for you to pay. Payment is due before I start work. Once payment has cleared I will start work on your order. When your order is complete I will send you photos for your approval. If you want significant changes that are not stated in the original agreed upon design, a small fee may be accessed for additional materials and time involved. When you are happy with your creation, I will ship your package to you on my next shipping date. PLEASE NOTE: Because of the time and effort involved, custom orders are not returnable.

I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behavior towards other Etsy members.
