Announcement After much deliberation and prayer, I have decided to close my Etsy shop. God is moving me in a different direction than the marketing and selling of art, and as a disciple, a follower of Christ, it’s my duty to walk in obedience with Him. I thank you all for the kind comments, the sales, and all the support you’ve offered on social media. Regards and best wishes, Heather (artist)

Frequently asked questions
How is your art finished?
All unframed paintings, bookmarks, and stationary are finished with a double coat of fixatif to protect the pigments whether you ultimately choose to display them behind glass or in an open air mounting system. Please treat them with care! They are not designed for long-term exposure in damp environments.
Framed works are exactly as they came off my work desk, and are intended to remain behind glass.
Custom and personalised orders
I do occasionally take commissions.
Please send an email to artisanheather -AT- gmail.com to discuss further terms. Tell me what you’re looking for, and I’ll send you back a estimate. Payment for commissions is accepted via PayPal ONLY; 25% non-refundable down in advance, the rest upon completion.
Where do you show? What affiliations do you have?
I am not currently affiliated with any art guild, but in the past I was a member of the Blue Mountain Art Guild in southeastern Washington. My work has been exhibited at the Columbia County Rural Library District, the Columbia County Health System, and Blue Mountain Station of Dayton WA.
How do you operate your business? Why do I not see all the artwork you’ve done for sale?
I run my art shop in accordance with God’s wishes. As all of my art is inspired by Him, I believe He should get the final say in what happens to it. Many pieces are given away to the recipients or donated as part of my ministry, and the ones that are listed for sale are the ones God decides should be sold. When He spoke to me in March 2019, telling me to “paint what I show you,” I decided He needed to be the one in charge of my artistic gift. 💕
Can I support your ministry? Can I support your art without buying a work?
Thank you so much, and of course! Please follow my Facebook profile and ‘like’ the work that I post, or share it. The more ‘likes’ there are, the more people see what I post. Also, word-of-mouth is about the best kind of advertising that can happen.
If you aren’t a fan of social media or aren’t on Facebook, you can alternatively support my ministry through supplying my artistic needs on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3B0AZC89PWCRN?ref_=wl_share
