thanks for visiting my shop. it's still got that new-baby smell to it (the good kind) and i'm so excited to be starting on etsy. i can't tell you how much i appreciate you stopping by.
sustainable living is really important to me, and i work to incorporate materials and elements that reflect this. wool felt, cork, minimal packaging, and upcycled fabrics on select pieces. all fabrics are prewashed in eco-friendly soap and i walk all packages to the post office!

if you're unhappy with your item, please let me know and i'll do my best to make you happy.
i don't add additional insurance to packages (it's so costly from canada!). if your item arrives damaged by the post, please let me know right away, and send a photo. i'll get to the bottom of the problem, and you'll get a new item.

Payment
i accept paypal. please make your payment within 7 days - after that i may have to cancel the transaction if i haven't heard from you. but i'm a big softie and i'll remind you first!
Shipping
items are sent from canada and all prices quoted for shipping are via canada post. i do my absolute darnedest to get your package shipped in the fastest, most economical manner. i charge only to cover the cost of shipping and packaging.
your order will be sent out within three days of payment. shipping times vary with canada post, but generally the estimates are:
within canada: 2 days - 1 week
to the usa: about 1 week
to international destinations: 1-2 weeks
if you're really eager to see your item faster, please let me know; i'm glad to research options for you.
