I want to start off by saying my negative feed back is on COMMUNICATION with the seller and not the product. Upon actually receiving the order, I was satisfied with my purchase. The tutu was beautiful, and the shirt, while not the top quality iron on transfer described, still looked adorable on my daughter. However, I would NEVER purchase from again due to the lack of communication. I paid for my order on 8/3. On 8/14 I had heard nothing from her, and emailed to be sure she received my specifics for the order (size of shirt, name, etc). I received a vague response saying my order looked great and would ship that week. Seven days later, I contacted her again asking for the tracking information, and didn’t hear back. Two days later I tried to reach out to her again and she finally responded on 8/23 that my order had been shipped. I followed the tracking and even called USPS, but she didn’t ship the package like she said. I sent a couple more emails after reminding her that my daughter’s first birthday was that weekend, and if she didn’t overnight the package, it was likely I wouldn’t receive it in time. She NEVER responded to any of these emails (and still hasn’t to date). She finally mailed the package on 8/28…. 14 days after she said my package would be shipped out. The outfit arrived just two days before my daughter’s party. As a mother planning a first birthday party, the last thing you need is the added stress of wondering if the outfit you purchased (with plenty of time prior to the party per seller’s description) would arrive on time. n nSo overall, I have to give this seller a negative rating. When you purchase an item from someone, the level of satisfaction with the seller is factored into the cost when providing feedback on a product. Was the product satisfactory? Sure. Was the product worth the added stress of wondering if it would be received in time, and the lack of communication from the seller? Absolutely not. It took a little to get it, and had no communication with seller...but after trying and trying finally got my order...love the skirt although the shirt was a little disappointing....
