4 out of 5 starsThis is an EXTREMELY fine chain, so much so, that you can barely see it when worn. It's a great token chain for a pendant that you might have bought separately though. I wouldn't really recommend it for every day use as it feels like it could break easily. There were some dents in the chain that might have happened in delivery (due to the little chiffon bag it's in (the outer packaging is great and very secure though) or I may have contributed to the damage the one time I wore this chain. However, for €70+tax I can't really complain - gold is at an all-time high now. I would buy again from this seller and would only recommend buying above 1.5mm and would upgrade the postage.

All non custom made items are eligible for cancellation and a full refund before the package is dispatched.
Personalized or custom made items are not eligible for cancellation once the design is confirmed with the customers, and are not refundable.

"May I have a tracking number?"
Standard delivery is posted with no tracking. If you prefer a tracking number, please upgrade your serive to "international priority airmail" or "recorded mail" for UK orders at check out.
"When will my order be dispatched?"
We have been working from 8:30 am - 6:00pm daily and try to have your orders dispatched ASAP. However lots of people have placed their orders before you and we don't want to let them down. Please allow 1-3 working days before your non custom made order is dispatched and custom made orders will take 1.5-3 weeks to finish before they are dispatched.

About ring size, please keep in mind that finger size can change with the weather, after exercise and other times when human hands can swell. Also our fingers change size with weight change and inevitably with ageing.
