Gift wrapping and packaging
In efforts to save costs for my customers, and minimize my carbon footprint, I try to upcycle all shipping materials - such as reusing (and decorating) well-conditioned cardboard boxes to send packages, and adding shredded tissue paper as packaging material. This process does not reflect the actual product, or its methods of shipment. For further questions, please just message me!
Custom and personalized orders
Once a custom order is listed and purchased, the seller cannot accept refunds. Please clarify exactly what you want and read the custom listing carefully so that it outlines exactly what you want. Also, since every item in my shop is handmade, items are always subject to slight variances.
Shipping - what's the best option?
Shipping costs is always a monetary inconvenience in my POV. That's why for some of my items, I offer the cheapest option - just sticking some colorful stamps on! With this choice, I ALWAYS send a photo proof of shipment, but it DOES NOT include delivery tracking, and has the TINY risk of getting lost in the mail/be delayed due to unforeseen/unexplainable circumstances. Should you choose this option, please allow 14 business days before contacting me. I will try my best to make amends, but the shipping cost will be not refundable/reimbursed. If you need it by a specific day (or do not enjoy taking risks), please choose the option that has delivery tracking!
