Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an order for any reason, simply return the item at your expense for a full refund (or a replacement, if you prefer).
Payment
PayPal is my standard payment option, but please feel free to contact me to arrange other payment.
Shipping
I order my prints from a professional online printing service, and they can take up to a week to get to me. I then forward them on to you via the United States Postal Service (First Class).

If you would like me to rush your order I may be able to print locally and upgrade to priority mail. This will not always be the case as I travel frequently, particularly in the summer.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees incurred during shipment.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most of my photographs are available in virtually any size up to 20x30. Please contact me to set up a custom listing for you if you'd like a size other than 8x10.
