Living the life, one day at a time
Humerus Wares is a division of JR&R Creative, LLC - a woman owned corporation in WA. We make coffee mugs, phone cases, luggage tags, T-shirts, and other gifty-type items.
Most of the time, JRRC is operated exclusively by owner Bethany, with occasional assistance from her cute mini-me helpers and of course, shipping assistance during the holiday season. This is the sole income for our family, and we thank you very much for supporting our livelihood.
We absolutely adore what we do, and we work together as a family to create new designs and think up new products. JRRC is committed to a quality product and exceptional customer service, every time.
Bethany is a serial entrepreneur who adores reading, geeky things, her children, and her off-grid life up in the mountains. She considers herself a "brilliant scatterbrain" who generally is moving in a hundred different directions at once.

Washington State residents will be charged 8.5% sales tax.
We ship within 1-5 business days from the order, depending on how busy we are - generally we try to ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. However, we are often quite backed up, so please check each listing for a current lead time estimate.
Decals are shipped First-Class USPS (Free of charge, worldwide), all other items are shipped Priority Mail (Domestic) or First-Class International.
Our listed shipping charges are pretty accurate for two items, but for more than two items it often charges too much. We absolutely DO combine shipping, so if you want more than two items, you can either convo and we'll set up a custom listing for you, or you are welcome to simply place the order, send us a note and we'll happily refund any overage. We do try to do this automatically but during busy times we aren't always able to catch them all so it's a good idea to check with us.
***Returns of Unclaimed Items or Incorrect Shipping Information***
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that are returned to us from the shipping system due to incorrect shipping information or unclaimed at the Post office. If an item is returned due to no fault of ours or the postal system, we will give the option of either a refund of the item cost itself (minus the originally paid shipping cost and any duty/VAT costs we incur due to the return) or the customer may pay the appropriate shipping charge to have the item re-shipped. Note - custom items that we are unable to re-sell are not eligible for a refund if returned unclaimed/incorrect address.
Please note that for international orders, First-Class does not provide tracking and truth be told, for a $15 coffee mug it isn't usually worth paying an extra $30 to ship it expedited. Due to this, I do ask for international buyers to be patient. Generally it can take from 2-6 weeks, with the average being 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Also, we are not responsible for any tariffs, duties, or additional taxes charged by your country. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" on the package - aside from the honesty factor, it is actually impossible for us to do that since we use Etsy's system for our shipping labels.

Packing Slips are included with each package. If you would like to omit the slip, you are welcome to submit that in a request with your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
***Items Damaged in Transit***
Please send us photos within three business days of delivery of any damage that occurs with shipping and we will gladly send you a new item. This also applies for any missing items, damage or quality issues.
We will accept returns of our items in new condition (personalized/monogrammed items not included). We will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges, or replace it with additional shipping charges.
***Personalized & Monogrammed Items***
We cannot accept returns of any monogrammed or personalized items unless the item was damaged in transit, is defective, or the return is due to our error.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our items labeled “sublimated” are decorated using a heat transfer sublimation method. Using specialty equipment and inks, we bake each design onto a coated base product. This process embeds the design into the surface of the item.
Sublimated ceramic items are dishwasher-safe at normal residential dishwasher temperatures with bleach-free dishwasher detergent. Other sublimated surfaces may be wiped clean with a soft cloth.
Our items labeled “vinyl” are decorated with outdoor-quality vinyl decals. We die cut the designs and apply them by hand. Handwashing is recommended for all vinyl-decorated items.
We do accept custom orders. There may be an additional fee to cover labor time in design, or for particularly intricate designs that require more time to produce. Please convo if you have something in mind and we will see what we can do.
