Welcome to Hummingbyrd Jewelry. I sincerely appreciate your interest in my work. I started making pieces of beaded jewelry as gifts for family and friends and got hooked! I take great pride in each and every piece that I make. It is deeply satisfying to get positive feedback about my work but I absolutely welcome constructive criticism as a means of artistic growth.

Returns and exchanges
In cases of goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and we can discuss a method of refund or exchange.

I take great pride in the quality of my work and hope that the product you receive either meets or exceeds your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please contact me within seven business days of receipt and we can discuss a method of refund, store credit or exchange.

Word of mouth is the best advertisement one could hope for, so I will do what I can do assure you a satisfactory product and shopping experience.
I accept payment via PayPal (including credit card payment through PayPal), personal check and money orders.

Once you have agreed to purchase, I will allow 24 hours to receive confirmation of a PayPal order and 3-5 business days for check or money order. Of course if unusual circumstances arise which will delay payment, please let me know as soon as possible. Once payment has been confirmed, your item will be shipped usually within 2 business days. If you cancel an order before an item has been shipped, I can grant you a full refund. If the item has already shipped, you may return the item at your own cost and I will refund you the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
I will ship to anywhere! My default method of shipment is USPS First Class with a tracking number. If you require any shipping insurance, expedited delivery, or an alternative delivery method, I can certainly arrange that and adjust the shipping cost accordingly. Just say so in the "Message to Seller" at checkout.

Unless you request special packaging, I will securely wrap your purchase in tissue paper and pack in a padded envelope. Extra padding material is added as necessary. I reuse packaging materials (from packages I receive) whenever possible to keep costs low and avoid waste.

If you live nearby, mention that in the "Message to Seller" at checkout or send me a message via "Conversation" and we can discuss the possibility of arranging a pick up to avoid shipping costs completely.
