Spreading Christmas Cheer

"The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear." Or, to make Christmas Stockings.

I went through a period in my life where Christmas cheer was running a little low so I decided to focus on giving it to others. Turns out that becoming a Christmas Elf for a few months each year has remarkable healing powers.

I love working with families to create the perfect set of stockings. Seeing photos of the stockings in their rightful home. Hearing stories of little ones receiving their new stocking from Santa on Christmas morning. I love matching quirky decorations.... or customers coming back for another stocking, telling of new family members. I love that somehow, my little hands have created something that is weaved into their Christmas traditions. Boy oh boy, I love Christmas.

So thank you, dear customer, for allowing me the honor of making your stockings.

Returns and exchange details
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss your concerns and options. If there an issue with the item itself, we stand behind our work 100% and will do our absolute best to satisfy you. If you've just changed your mind, that's ok, too. As long as it's not personalized, we can work with you. All refunds are given in the form of store credit.
Shipping
How Fast Is Shipping?: You're in control. We offer multiple ship speeds from Express to Priority to First Class via USPS. Price quotes and estimated delivery ranges are shown in your checkout cart. Please know that while delivery estimates are provided, they're only estimates. USPS will only guarantee delivery dates on Express shipments.

Has It Shipped?: You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package ships.

When Will It Ship?: We are fully committed to shipping your purchase on or before the "ship by" date stamped on your order when placed. Once your order ships, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or lost packages that are beyond our control.

It's Stuck, Now What?: If tracking on your package has not moved or shown a new scan in a few days, contact us so we can file a claim with USPS. While we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or lost packages that are beyond our control, we will do what we can to assist in a timely manner. Due to the customized nature of our products, no replacement products will be sent out until USPS concludes it's search and closes the case.

It Says Delivered?: If your tracking is showing your purchase as delivered and you do not have it, we recommend you contact your local post office directly and immediately to file a claim. While we will do what we can to assist, once the package is marked as "Delivered" USPS requires the recipient to file claim paperwork directly.

Do You Offer Insurance?: Certainly! Ask us for a quote.

Proof Of Delivery?: If you're in a high-theft area and don't want your package unattended... If you don't have a stoop and don't want your package to sit in the elements... If you want protection against falsified "delivered" scans... We highly recommend you purchase our Signature Confirmation Add-on.

International?: Once it leaves the U.S. we have no way of tracking your order (unless you purchase Priority Express). You will need to check with your mail provider service. We are not responsible for delays in customs that are beyond our control.

Custom Fees?: Possibly. Check with your mail service provider to see what the laws are in your country. We, as shippers, play no part in how or if these are charged.
