Mirror sun catchers and sun traps

The magpie in me cannot resist sparkle. My mirror sun catchers and sun traps are therapeutic and flash like paparazzi. It does a body good to sit where sunlight or moonlight or streetlight falls upon the mirrors. The reflections dance across walls and floors and bring peace of mind. My neighbor across the highway tells me flashes from mirrors we have all over Hungry Holler move across her kitchen. It makes her happy. Me too.

I'm Besotted With Sparkle And Reflections

I love asymmetry. Asymmetry is perfect. Because I love the geometry of asymmetry I use NO GROUT in my mosaic mirror art. It's all mirror all the time creating a dazzling patchwork of sparkle and reflection.

I'm mad for sparkle. I meticulously ponder and place every single glass piece in my sun catching and sun trap art for maximum dazzle. I don't grout my work, each mirror mosaic piece is hand-cut to fit cheek by jowl to the one next to it producing a patchwork of sparkle. My mirror mosaic work is industrial strength and can hang outside or inside.

If your purchase is a gift, let me know at checkout and I'll include a hand-painted post-consumer kraft gift bag and post consumer tissue paper at no extra charge.

Hungry Holler wood spoons are sculptural useful art. Each is hand-carved by the Zen Spoonmaster, creator genius of the Ugly Spoon. The ZSM etsy shop is here:

Returns and exchange details
I've never had anything come back. I have had one shipping claim. I refunded the buyer's money and I was reimbursed by the shipper. I'm not inclined to take stuff back unless there's a compelling reason. I don't want my work to be where it's not loved. We'd work it out.
I accept Paypal and the usual credit cards. Any applicable domestic taxes are mine to deal with not the buyer.
Most of the time, shipping in the USA is via USPS priority mail. Shipping to the rest of universe may require additional charges to be paid by the buyer. I'll get the details, email the buyer and we'll work it out to mutual satisfaction.

My shipping boxes and packing materials are often recycled.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do custom work if I'm given freedom. Micro-managed creation is no fun for either side. Details are important to me and I'll ask all kinds of questions! Then it all goes into my brain, through my hands and comes out fabulous.

If your purchase is a gift, I'm happy as a clam to include at no extra charge, a hand-painted gift bag and post consumer tissue. For gourd items, I'll include a gourd sheet that gives an overview of gourd use around the planet. Convo me and let me know!
