We work hard to ensure that your products are top-notch, therefore, we are unable to allow refunds on custom orders that have already been approved and produced.

If you are dissatisfied with your products for any reason (excluding custom orders), I will be happy to issue you a refund, less the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Hunt & Gather Papergoods is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. We make every effort to ship items safely and efficiently. If you have a mailing preference, please specify before the order is sent. Specific mailing requests may be an additional fee. Otherwise, all items will be shipped USPS mail.

Custom orders over $100 will require a 50% deposit after electronic proofs have been approved. A sample proof can be mailed to you for a $5 fee. The $5 sample fee will be deducted from your final balance. Once the deposit is received, I will begin printing and finalizing your custom order. The final 50% balance will be required prior to shipment of your items.

If you live in California there will be an 8.75% sales tax added to your purchase.
Shipping
Non-custom Papergoods ship within 3-4 days.Turnaround time for special orders is 2 weeks from final payment date until shipment date. Your package will then take 2-3 business days to arrive via USPS Priority Mail. If you are an international buyer, your package will take 6-10 business days to arrive via Priority Mail. If you are on a tight deadline, I'd be happy to discuss speedier options.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from Paypal, which includes your tracking number and other information about your shipment.

If you are sending a gift directly to the recipient, just send me a convo with the correct address.
