Custom orders will begin once full payment is received.
Shipping
FOR CUSTOM PHYSICAL ITEMS ONLY:

Once you have submitted a custom order with Hunter & Hobbs, you will receive a digital proof of your design within 2-3 business days via e-mail.

With final approval of your design, you will receive notification within 3-5 business days that your order has been shipped. All orders are sent via USPS, with ship time varying from 3-7 business days. A tracking number will be provided.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Please let me know at the time of order if you will need to upgrade your shipping.


FOR NON-CUSTOM PHYSICAL ITEMS ONLY:

Once you have purchased a listing from Hunter & Hobbs, you will receive notification within 1-7 business days that your order has been shipped. All orders are sent via USPS, with ship time varying 3-7 business days.

For orders under $10, no tracking number will be provided. If you would like a tracking number but your order total is less than $10, you may request a tracking number for an additional fee. Please let me know at the time of order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of custom designs, once the final proof has been approved, no refunds will be given. If you would like to switch to a different design before approving your proof, you can do an exchange for a small fee.

Please proof read every word carefully before submitting your final approval.

FAQ

Do I get to see my custom design before I receive my order?
Yes! A digital proof will be e-mailed to you within 2-3 business days.

What if I need to make a change to my proof?
When you receive your first digital proof, read over every word carefully. Reply back to me with any and all changes you would like to make. I will then make the noted changes and e-mail you back a final proof. At that time, you can approve the proof to print, or request additional changes and a new proof for a $5 fee.

For physical items: When will I get my order?
Once you approve the final design, your order will ship within 5-7 business days. For more information on shipping, see the "Shipping Policy."

For digital items: When will I get my order?
Once you approve the final design, your order will be e-mailed to you within 1-3 business days.
