Welcome to Huppabella beads at Etsy. Please feel free to contact me if yu have any questions about anything I have for sale in my Etsy shop.

I prefer payment through paypal, but of you would pay by Cheque, please let me know. I reserve the right to wait until the cheque is confirmed cleared before shipping.

If you decide to cancel your order, you have 7 days to do so, so please contact me as soon as possible. If I have already sent the item(s) I will not refund you until I receive the item(s) back again in their original condition and with all packaging intact.
I aim to ship within 3 working days, and always post recorded delivery.

If your order comes to more than £40, please contact me, as you may want to pay for Special Delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
As I post everything recorded Delivery, Royal Mail say to allow 15 working days for delivery. If your item(s) are not confirmed as being delivered after this time, I will happily refund you in full, including postage.

All my beads are guaranteed against thermal shock breakage. This is typically a clean break, 99% of the time right down the middle of the bead. Chips and flakes are more often a sign that the bead has been dropped or misused.

I will refund all thermal shock breakages in full, including the cost of original postage and the cost of return to me. I reserve the right to ask for other beadmakers opinions if I am unable to confirm how a breakage has occurred. If, after taking advice, I decide that the damage / breakage is due to misuse, no refunds will be given, and I will contact you regarding returning your item.
