Gah-morgen-us! The weight of the piece makes it especially perfect, as I have cats & foster kittens.

Even more beautiful in person! I am going to build my bathroom set around it, using Mason jars & paint to match.

About

I create my pottery in my tiny home studio, outfitted with a potter's wheel, an electric kiln, plenty of shelving and lots of plants. My favorite pieces to make, hand-carved bud vases, are tactile, one-of-a-kind creations, with the goal of being timeless and irresistible. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu's patisserie program, my culinary training provided a foundation in timing and precision that I apply to my ceramics today. While skill and artistry are essential to making a beautiful pot, above all, the piece must be authentic.

All of my pottery is handmade by me and thrown on a potter's wheel. After trimming and carving, it is thoroughly dried before being bisque fired. This removes any remaining moisture and transforms the clay into ceramic material. It is glazed by hand and fired a second time to Cone 6 in an electric kiln, melting the glaze into glass and bonding it with the clay.

I love the character, personality, and soul of handmade pottery, and I think that handmade pottery should look and feel handmade. The quirks and characteristics that make each piece unique and one-of-a-kind are what make them special.

All of my pottery is food-safe (except when noted), oven-safe, and dishwasher-safe, but washing by hand is best.

Thank you so much for looking at my shop. I absolutely love making pottery and it is extremely satisfying to know that pieces I created have found their way into homes near and far.

Shipping
Your purchase will be well-packaged to prevent damage, and will be fully insured. Your items will ship within 1-3 business days. Buyers outside the United States are responsible for customs/import fees and any additional taxes. These amounts are not included in your purchase price and are not collected by this shop. Since pottery is fragile, I do have to use a lot of packaging material, but nearly everything is made from recycled materials, or reused from packages I received. If you get peanuts, it's only because I got peanuts. :)

Returns
Returns are generally not accepted, unless the item you receive is not as described in the listing. However, I am a flexible sort of person, so if you have any concerns about your purchase, please message me and we may be able to work something out.
