my item arrived quickly and carefully

very nicely, safely packed. healthy plant.i am very pleased with that purchase.

the roots were a little crispy, but I blame that on dry temps and usps. it got to me faster than what I expected, and I say that as someone who buys hard to find in local stores succulents online. I've popped her into a glass of water while she recovers from her journey.

Better in person than shown and described. The grower trimmed this Hoya vine so that it is branching. Excellent packaging that protected the Hoya Hindu Rope. Shipping time and delivery was prompt. Great overall experience with this Etsy seller.

Above and Beyond Customer Service This is the exact plant I was looking for but it was February and too cold to order plants to be sent to VT. When I messaged seller to inquire whether they would have this plant available when weather was warm enough to ship, seller offered to take care of it until I requested it be shipped. That turned out to be May!!! That, to me, is above and beyond customer service! Plant arrived in perfect shape! It is healthy and sending out new leaves after a month of acclimation in my house. Thank you to the max, hyperionlab!!!
