Based in West Los Angeles, hyssop design is the brain child of Jacy (sounds like "Jackie") Corral. Jacy had been doing one-off projects for friends and family when she was encouraged to pursue her passion for design "for real." Thanks to Etsy and the love and support of her wonderful husband, hyssop design became a reality in November 2010.

This is where Jacy's love for typography, design, color, texture, paper, tinkering, weddings, birthday parties, friends, more tinkering, art, and the internets collide. Jacy makes it a priority to give every client the personal attention necessary to bring the vision for their event stationery to life. Jacy's favorite projects are custom -- clients send Jacy a link to their Pinterest board with colors, photos, locations, paper goods, and more. From there, she designs a completely custom set of stationery that embodies the look and feel of their event.

- What about the name? hyssop design earned its name upon reflection of Psalm 51:7 - "Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow." Jacy is very passionate about her faith (send her a convo to discuss!) and has chosen to dedicate the name of her shop to the purification found in the love of Christ.

I work hard to provide excellent customer service, a speedy response to questions, and a high quality handmade product. Please do not hesitate to contact me concerning the ordering process or anything else you'd like to discuss!

Payment
At this time I am only accepting paypal. Payment in full is expected before any print work begins.

Once payment has been received, proofs have been approved, and printing has begun, I cannot make any changes to your invitations unless you are willing to cover the cost to have them reprinted. Your purchase will include three rounds of proofs - please double check spelling and dates.

I require a minimum order of 25 invitations. After that, you can order as many as you'd like.

PLEASE NOTE:
Turnaround time for wedding invitation is 3 weeks from final payment date until shipment date. Turnaround time for shower invites, save-the-dates, rehearsal invites is 2 weeks from final payment date until shipment date. This is not negotiable unless you are willing to cover the cost of a rush fee. Please contact me to discuss your rush order.
Shipping
**I am not currently shipping internationally.**

You will receive a delivery confirmation number with your order. If you are interested in purchasing insurance, please contact me before checkout so I can adjust your shipping rates. All orders are shipped through USPS unless another shipping service is requested.
Refunds and Exchanges
I aim for 100% customer satisfaction on every order. I will offer refunds/exchanges on a case by case basis only. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me so I can make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible!

I do not provide refunds for lost or stolen packages. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before making a purchase! I use the address that you have saved with Etsy, NOT paypal, unless otherwise notified prior to shipping.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: Turnaround time for wedding invitations is 4 weeks from final payment date until shipment date. Turnaround time for shower invites, save-the-dates, rehearsal invites is 2 weeks from final payment date until shipment date. You can expect to receive your first set of proofs in 3-5 business days from the time your payment is complete and you've returned any requested information. Please keep in mind, if you place an order after business hours, it will not be processed until the next business day.

Q: Do you offer return address printing?
A: Yes! Contact me for pricing information.

Q: Can you create wedding invitations out of an existing save-the-date design? or, can you create a party invitation or birth announcement from any of your existing designs?
A: Yes. Any design you see in my shop can be formatted into a wedding invitation, save-the-date, menu, shower invitation, birth announcement, etc.

Q: What kind of paper do you use?
A: Every item is printed on premium 118 lb cotton lux extra heavy cardstock (similar to the feel of letterpress paper) unless otherwise noted. If you would like your stationery printed on a different type of paper, or if you would like to receive a paper sample packet, please contact me.

Q: Do you include envelopes?
A: Standard white envelopes are included with printed invitations. Color envelope upgrades are $0.60 per set.

Q: Do you sell digital files, and if so, how much do they cost?
A: Yes. Save the dates are $40 and invitation/rsvp sets are $75.

Q: Can you create additional insert cards to match the invitation?
A: Yes. I can create any additional insert cards to match the invitation, such as accommodations, directions, and website cards. Prices vary depending on size.

Q: Do you offer any type of discounts for large orders?
A: Yes. Pricing is set up on a sliding scale so that bulk orders cost less per set.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time.
