Payment
We accept all forms of payment accepted via etsy, including major credit cards, check, money order, and frozen food. OK, so we don't accept frozen food as payment, but if you have something you think we might consider as payment, please send an email before completing the checkout process.

We expect to receive your payment within 10 days, and if it is not received by the 11th day after your checkout, we maintain the right to relist the item for sale. Since many of our items are one-of-a-kind, prompt payment is important.
Shipping
We ship our products via USPS using the first-class rate or Priority Mail rate, which is the least expensive rate for us. If you wish to upgrade to a faster shipping method, add insurance, or track your package, please send us an email. We will be happy to provide those options.

We will send you an email to let you know when your package has been delivered to our local post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive your item and are not satisfied with it, please email us and let us know. We are happy to provide a refund of the item cost (minus our shipping cost), if you return it to us in like new condition. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
