Welcome to I Heart Shade. I'm so happy that you found my inspired handmade pendants. My encaustic domino pendants are made with upcycled vintage dominos, organic materials from around my house and yard, favorite Oregon stomping grounds, as well as occasional kiln-fired glass elements. My fused glass pendants are fun ensembles of color and texture. I'm especially in love with my sweet Baby Footprint pendants. It was from all the great feedback from my new mommy-friends that inspired me to set up a shop and expand my gifts to others in this small world.

I hope you will find that perfect gift for someone special or maybe a little indulgence for yourself in my little shop. See below for ideas on how you can be a part of the creating process, too.

I want you to be 100% in love with your new pendant. If you are not, simply send the pendant back to me and I will refund the cost of the pendant, plus the initial shipping costs.
Payment
I accept PayPal as payment. Credit cards can be used through PayPal and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this option. If I don't receive payment within 3 days of purchase, I'll assume you are no longer interested and will cancel the sale.

I shop via United States Postal Service, First Class Mail, unless otherwise specified.
Additional policies and FAQs
I have many items that you can custom order. Most of my encaustic pendants can be replicated to a degree, depending on what items I have on hand. A favorite option for the Zen Rock Tower pendant is to select the number of stones based on the number of children you have or the number in your family (I can go up to 5).

The baby footprints can be made in any color. Just ask. If I don't have the color on hand, it may take up to 1 week to complete the pendant. These make great baby shower gifts or new mom gifts.
